AGM on 7 December

Dear WMBC Faithful,

The Deacons invite you to the WMBC AGM on Sunday Dec 7th at 4.30pm.

This is your chance to learn about the church's current state of affairs, program development, governance and how you can participate. The opportunity to raise any issues and ideas of concern to you will also be available.

The last 12 months have been very eventful, culminating in the recent formal welcoming of Brent, the new pastor. Reports on matters of finance, program activity, general governance, planning and vision will be tabled by the church leadership.

We hope you can join us for this important meeting.

A Sunday Service will follow the AGM, although perhaps shortened, depending upon how quickly we negotiate the agenda, which we plan to issue to you by end of November.

If you would like to include any matter on the agenda, including an apology, please let me know.
