Pastoral leader

West Melbourne Baptist Church (WMBC) is looking for a new minister/pastor. We are inviting applications NOW.

This is a part-time Pastoral Leadership role within Melbourne’s inner city north-west. This is a key leadership role in supporting and growing the church community.

WMBC is a small but vibrant and inclusive community with an over 150 year history.

Serving out of a state-of-the-art facility, our community embodies the key values of hospitality, welcome and connection. Through shared Food, Arts, Spiritual Practices and Community engagement, we strengthen connections with one another and engage with various cultures and backgrounds. We share a particular concern for contemporary issues and for those on the edges of our society.

Through collaboration, the Pastor will be helping to fulfil the purpose of the West Melbourne Baptist Church (WMBC) by supporting the leaders and members for a life together of faith and community engagement. The Pastor nurtures the spiritual maturity and the ministry capacity of the congregation.
